La Doctora Ramires es una excelente doctora, se preocupa por ti, te explica todo, responde tus preguntas y siempre esta diapuesta a darte la mejor solución para tu bienestar, en realidad para mi es un angel q con sus manos me ayudo en mi histerectomia y logro que ahora este mucho mejor, de verdad que estoy feliz de ser su paciente.

She was amazing ! She made us feel right at home. Especially since it’s our first baby I felt so comfortable with her. She was very informative and answered every question. She made me feel special

Professional

Had to wait over a hour to be seen. Saw a nurse practitioner instead. Had the worst experience of a doctors office ever. The nurse did not introduce herself before telling me to “slide down” on the chair. She did not ask me who I was, did not review my medical records or introduce the other woman in the room who was a student. When I asked who she was she said oh my bad I work backwards sometimes. This could have been a random woman acting as nurse for all I know. If I didn’t stop her from examining me before I made her introduce herself I could’ve been assaulted by someone random. Furthermore, when she did look at my history, she didn’t bother to actually read it or she would’ve been the breast cancer history in my family and that I don’t have a thyroid. When I asked her to slow down during the exam, she did not and told me she was in a rush because they were understaffed. During the breast exam, same thing. She then asked me if I wanted to continue the exam because I looked uncomfortable and annoyed in which I said I am because I feel like you are rushing even though I asked you twice to slow down. She then said she would get the office manager and my exam was not complete. I will not be back and I will not be recommending this place to anyone else. This nurse should not have a job and should not be able to exam patients ever again. She should not be “teaching” other student doctors either because the way she handled this situation was ethically and morally wrong in every way.

The office was very clean and the staff was very professional this was my first visit and they were so welcoming I definitely recommend her thank you so much

Extremely rigid and unfair administrative practices. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. At 4:14 PM, I called the office to inform them that I was on my way but stuck in traffic. The staff member I spoke with, Maria, informed me of the 15-minute grace period and the $50 no-show fee. I told her I would call back once I knew for sure whether I could make it in time. I called again at 4:40 PM. I was placed on hold, and when I finally spoke with Maria, I told her I would be at the office door in exactly two minutes. She stated that there was a strict 15-minute policy and that even if I arrived at 4:46 PM, I would not be accepted, would have to reschedule, and would still be charged a no-show fee. The call that began at 4:40 PM lasted 4 minutes and 47 seconds, during which I was told—before even arriving—that I would not be seen regardless. This was not a no-show. I communicated multiple times, in advance, and was physically capable of being there within minutes. The complete lack of discretion or consideration for patient circumstances was unacceptable. Patients should be aware of how quickly this office chooses penalties over care.

De corazón estoy muy agradecida por la atención recibida desde la recepción hasta la atención médica. El personal es sumamente empático, humano, amables, con muchísima ética profesional. Tengo aproximadamente 3 años yendo a este consultorio y cada año me encanta más. Este año fue diferente: Tuve que hacerme procedimientos nuevos no esperados..Sin embargo, a pesar de mis temores me hicieron sentir confiada. Muchas gracias a Jesenia Perez Ortiz y Dra. Grace Iparraguirre...Muy profesionales sin perder la humanidad y empatía. Sumamente delicadas. Y el personal de enfermería en general me comprendieron y apoyaron ya que estaba muy nerviosa. Muchísimas gracias.. Son un sol no dejen de brillar.

When I met Dr. Iparraguirre and explained my issues to her she was immediately sympathetic and empathetic and literally said "I am so sorry you are going through all of this, I promise we are going to get you all better". She ran all the tests needed and scheduled me for a much needed open abdominal hysterectomy due to a uterus full of fibroids. From treatment, to surgery to recovery, she has been an amazing doctor and genuinely cares about her patients. I have never had a doctor so professional and compassionate. She completely rocks.

I dont even think this practice is even worthy of one star! My daughter went for an exam and she was also. On ernes with a lump in her breast. She was sent for a mammogram and also an ultrasound for a cyst on her ovaries. She was given an appointment two weeks after to find out the results. Two days before the appt they. Canceled on her because of an emergency. Now the rescheduled appointment was again canceled one hour before she was to go in!! My daughter is beside herself and so nervous that the jump is cancer, she asked if the Dr could at least call her then to discuss the results and she was told “we don’t do tele calls!” This is insanity!! My poor daughter is so angry! They have her yet another appt for next week, not even the next day! So they are clueless to their patients needs!!

Dr. Ramirez and her office team provided the best care before, during and after my surgery. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I recently underwent surgery, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care I received. From the very beginning, Angee, the surgical coordinator, was excellent—she walked me through every step of the process with patience and professionalism, ensuring I felt informed and at ease. Dr. Ramirez is truly exceptional. I have always trusted her expertise and felt completely safe under her care. Her dedication, skill, and compassionate approach make all the difference. I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez and her team to anyone in need of top-quality medical.

The website suggests this practice specialized in menopause...but the first Dr. in the practice suggested antidepressants for my menopausal symptoms. Also was told to simply "have a talk" with my spouse about painful sex (after not having any for months and months and months). I felt like I was seeing a Dr in the 50's, not a progressive menopause specialist! The second Dr was more helpful and after HRT, I am feeling much better. The office staff is lovely in person, but I have a very hard time getting call backs.

My visit was this Tuesday with Dr. Kim, he failed did not go over my blood test results when asked to, she was unprofessional and unsympathetic to my condition. I had to ask for numbing solution for the biopsy. I advised her that my vagina felt raw and there is a burning sensation when I urinate and wipe. She did not care and proceeded with the biopsy procedure without numbing me. She was very rough and it was very painful. There was no consultation on what to expect for the procedure. The procedure was not completed first she said because I could not tolerate the pain, then it was was my cervix is too high up. She then asked if I ever had a C -section? This is in my records, did she not read my medical history. I had to ask to be tested for a STD/STI she carelessly swabbed the vaginal area after stating she was not going to out the speculum back in to conduct the swabbing. She first said if the prior medicine did not work she was not going to give me another prescription, then only when I started crying she gave me a prescription. I have been bleeding for 2 weeks and was seeking professional care only to be made to feel shamed, ignored, confused, anxious and hurt by the experience with Dr. Kim. My past experiences have been wonderful and I always left feeling secure, hopeful and all questions answered. I had the first for visit or this issue on 4/23/24 at this time Dr. Kim did not check me, did not ask for a urine to test for UTI which I suffer from reoccurring UTI's, nor a blood test for a STD/STI. The only lab work on this day was performed was to see if I am in menopausal state.

A couple of years ago the care was professional, now it is only monetary, they no longer treat you in the same way, they abuse the patient, and they mistreat.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

LOVE THIS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Between the office staff and the providers everyone is welcoming and pleasant.

My experience at the JWCC was amazing, and smooth sailing. Before I even arrived at the office, one of their supervisors, Kenia O., assisted me over the phone with great time accommodation for my appointment and ensured I was going to receive the requested treatment that I really wanted. She was compassionate, understanding and extremely communicative. With my approval, she emailed me over their registration forms ahead of time so that my experience at the office was smoother. Everyone to Kenia, to the front desk, to the medical assistant(s), to Dr. Hou herself, and even the sweet gentleman who checked me out at the end of my visit provided outstanding customer service, and communicated amongst each other. They provided information and gave me suggestions regarding just about everything during my visit. This is my first pregnancy so my emotions are everywhere but my boyfriend and I felt such professionalism, and embrace. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff was very professional. At first I felt nervous, but the MA and Dr. Hou were very polite and me feel comfortable.

Everyone there was extremely nice and welcoming, I appreciate it in times where it seems difficult to find quality service. Dr. H Was comforting, I will definitely refer others here!

Dr. Ramirez is an excellent professional and a caring doctor but her staff is not. Keeping in touch with her staff is very very difficult and stressful.

I had a great experience, the staff was friendly and I felt very comfortable speaking to the doctor.

Experience was overall great. The wait is a little long with minimal sitting area. However once they get you started it goes by quick. It was my first time, I wish they were able to explain each procedure much better.

Doctor Hau gave me a very good explanation and she was very professional. I don’t give a 5 stars due to the waiting time.

I have been a great fan of Dr Ramirez and cannot recommend her enough for anyone who is looking for an experienced Ob and/or Gynecologist. I had my 3rd c section under her care in 2018 and while I was a patient of Jersey women's care center since my 2nd childbirth in 2016, I only got to see Dr Ramirez this time. I was very apprehensive of my 3rd surgery due to a really bad experience with my 2nd c-section in 2016 (largely in part due to an incompetent anesthesiologist), but from day 1 Dr Ramirez assured me that my experience will be very good and uneventful this time. Her whole team including Dr Chloe were very competent and they made sure I had a peaceful and pain free child birth. I cannot stop raving about Dr Ramirez since then. She even fixed my C-Section scar and made it neater and smaller and I never had any issues with the post op scar either. Good luck to her team and
